New Arrival : The Much Anticipated WIPO Journal

This journal provides a forum for debate of the controversial issues affecting intellectual property, drawing on the knowledge of experts from around the world. It provides multidisciplinary discussion, exploring issues from all perspectives, including legal, policy, economic, social, and technical. It also examines and critiques the impact of the WIPO Convention and other international treaties on practice and compares and contrasts various jurisdictions. Also on Westlaw as WORLD-IPO database.

New IP on Westlaw : State trademark court filing rules (TMRULES-XX)

This month Westlaw rolled out the State trademark court filing rules (TMRULES-XX) database outlining trademark statutes and applicable rules of practice. Individual state materials are found in databases with the identifier TMRULES-XX, where XX is a state's two-letter postal abbreviation. Databases were released for nine additional states (AZ, LA, MN, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, and WA).
